The Repo Outlet is owned by Curtis and Dawn Anaya, a local couple that have been in the Manufactured Housing industry since 1989. We opened The Repo Outlet in 1994 in an effort to better serve our customers with the best quality of used, repossessed and foreclosed manufactured homes. We are the only manufactured housing dealer in Wichita today that has not changed hands in over 14 years. We pride ourselves in being hands on owners. We as owner will follow each and every transaction. We will work hard to perform excellent customer satisfaction. We have one of Wichita’s best service departments and all of our employees and sub contractors are licensed in the City of Wichita and the State of Kansas. Our licenses consists of:  Kansas State sales license for new and used inventory, Kansas State Brokers license for used, repossessed and foreclosure properties, City and State General Contractors License, Notary for the State of Kansas, Manufactured Housing Setups, Tear down for Sedgwick and Butler Counties. We are a member of the Kansas Manufactured Housing Association and Dunn & Bradstreet. We have a licensed General Contractor on staff to take each job from start to finish regardless of the size. At The Repo Outlet, we do it all. We are your one stop dealership that will do a turn key job. 

Our list of service options include:  New, used, repossessed or foreclosure inventory for sale. Install foundations, basements, garages, concrete sidewalks, porches or wood decks. We can install all utilities which can include but not limited to:  City sewer, lagoon or septic, natural gas or propane, city or rural water or well and electric.

When it comes to financing, we have the best finance manager on staff in the city. If we can not get a loan for you, it can not be done.
