The first thing a buyer must determine is a total price package or most common, a maximum monthly payment you wish to pay. 

If you are unsure of what you qualify for, the easiest way to get started is to let us pre-qualify you with one of our lenders. Go to our forms section and submit an application to us and we can get the process started for you.

Next, determine where you want to live. Do you want to live in Wichita or a surrounding area? How about a mobile home park or on private property? Do you want to live in a single wide or a double wide manufactured home?
